Adding a Calcium like Cal-100 to your routine may help to slow you down a bit. Cal-100 doesn't have any Magnesium added to it. I take Extra calcium to find my Sweet spot. Dr has now put me on unbelievably high doses of calcium and also vit. D so hopefully that will help slow things down. Re: Daily movement (BM's) Jim Jim Ouch...you make my butthole hurt. .
