Guest guest
I went out again with my freegan friends and found a lot of good stuff. But from the looks of this movie trailer it seems like California is the most wasteful place in the country. Guest guest
I cannot believe what I just saw in that film. They found enough food to feed an army. OMG! Guest guest
Melody, I've done my share of dumpster diving. Anything that I couldn't eat, went into my 3 compost bins. But, alas, I'm much too old to do that anymore. Back in 1970 I went to work for a grocery store called Alpha Beta. I was surprised at the stuff they threw out. A short time after I started, we had a company picnic. I brought potato salad. Everything in the salad except the mayonnaise was dug out of the trash bins behind the store. After the picnic, I told them where the ingredients came from. There were some people really mad at me. ew Re: New Documentary about Dumpster Diving I cannot believe what I just saw in that film. Guest guest
I'm trying to picture you telling people AFTER THEY ATE SOMETHING... " Hey, want to hear something fascinating? All the food you just consumed came from the dumpster " . I can only IMAGINE the looks on their faces. I would have had probably that same look..... 30 years ago. But I'm a different person now. THANK GOODNESS!
