Guest guest
I don't know if this got over looked amidst all the ugliness that has taken place on this forum or if no one want to answer but I thought I would try one more time. I already follow the water cure and have understood the need for water for years. But what I am wondering is this: Do I need to drink the same amount of water as I drink kt or do I drink twice as much water as kt...etc or beause I already drink half my weight in oz of water is that all the water I need no matter how much kt I drink? Does that make more sense? >people often confuse the two and think they are hungry when in fact they are thirsty.< I thought this could happen with anyone, not just as a result of aging.
