Guest guest
Courage and all: Thanks for asking. I have been so busy I haven't taken time to tell you " Holly is HOME. " YEA!!!!! She came home Friday, the 23rd. Bathroom isn't finished and so she can't take a shower. Bowl bath has been put in place. Washed hair on the bed hanging over the waste paper basket but it worked. She had some bad (missing nurses care) days but Mom is trying to take care of this. She is getting some feelings back in weird places, mostly on her left side. She had to learn some personal care tricks but she did it. She still can not sit up by herself nor can she move her legs. They have her on so many meds I can't believe it. Hopefully the surgeon will take her off some of it next week. 9 weeks in the hospital and now coming home to new frustrating things, she'll make it!!!!!!!!!! The guy that hit her is out of jail and probably driving again. GRRRRRR Why do any of us pay for insurance when those that don't just walk away. He has nothing and doesn't have to pay nothing. Pray those legs dance again. 1039 Posts behind, Busy in Texas OT - /Holly > Hi , > > How is Holly doing? Guest guest
Oh : I'm thrilled that Holly is home. I've wondered how she was and how you were faring. I credit you with a great deal of creativity thinking when it comes to getting Holly's hair washed. Hey, if it works.... Such good news . I'm behind in my posts as well but it's so good to hear from you with this wonderful news. Praying for her dancing legs now that she's home, Abby
