Can you share what are the symptoms of die off?

Hi Debi,

I have lymes. A lot of people do though they are unaware. It flares

up and goes dormant. I'm no expert but your symptoms are classic for

lymies. I had a terrible herx/toxic reaction after taking Kombucha.

This is from bacteria die off. That's a good sign, but

uncomfortable. You can back down your dose to help with symptom

severity or just endure them until they pass.
