I too love my Vitamix and have no idea how I got along without it! The Vitamix

is very loud and I do have to agree the frothy part of the soup to me is a turn

off. So I just blend the soup till smooth and then heat on the stove. It's not

worth it to me to have to eat the frothy mess.... it's icky! I do love it for

Juicing and mixing green drinks too you also get fiber from the veggies and

sprouts. Something which you don't get from just juicing.

Some people have trouble with FOAMY soups in the Vitamix, which is usually

caused by using non organic produce-the pesticide and wax residues can foam-very

unappealing.  If organic is used, your soup should be light, but not foamy.

I have watched videos for 30 minutes and I know many of you have this item. This

is the cats pajamas for me. Don't know which model. Don't know anything about

it. But it seems to do everything.

I am going to get one of these things if I have to wait years to do this.

By the time I get one I'll be a little grayed hair old lady.

True Ezekiel bread:

Eze 4:9 " Take wheat and barley, beans and lentils, millet and spelt; put them in

a storage jar and use them to make bread for yourself. You are to eat it during

the 390 days you lie on your side.

Eze 4:12 Eat the food as you would a barley cake; bake it in the sight of the

people, using human excrement for fuel. "

I wouldn't recommend the baking method....it was for prophetic emphasis not

health...

Well how bout both!   At the moment I am on a NO carb diet but when I come off

I would like the no gluten.. & if I have company I'd like to make traditional
