Guest guest
Hi group, Need some help. Some of you may remember my sister Dolly in Arizona. She's the one with very serious chronic fatigue/lung infections etc., that Gail's been helping. Anyway someone brought her a puppy that was found starved and sick, because they know she has a heart to save these critters. 2 hours after she first held the pup she broke out in a rash. It was later determined by a vet that the pup has mange. After many calls to drs for help she was repeatedly told they'd never heard of a person getting mange and there was nothing they could do for her. One dr finally told her that people do get it rarely, but usually only if they'd been ill for a long time first. OK. But he could offer no solution for the rash. It's in her underarms and the inside of the arms all the way to the wrist, on the neck, chest, belly and back, with mild itching. She has taken a bath with a cup of 35% h202. I suggested topical Colloidal Silver and that she zap with her BE unit. I thought she might make an oitment with Colloidal Silver and Bentonite, so she is calling a friend to go to the health food store for the Bentonite. I don't know what I'm doing here, so have I suggested anything unwise to her? Does anyone know what else she might do to stop this stuff and kill it. The vet said it is a parasite that bores into the skin. Thanks for any help, Deanna
Guest guest
Deanna, I'm not sure this sounds like mange. In the first place, for someone to say humans don't get it, that's absurd. Anyone will on contact. It is a parasitic infection. But, it usually occurs in a small spot that grows, then spreads, It doeswn't cover the body with rashes, im my experience. Peroxide, tea tree oil, grapefruit seed extract, etc, should kill the mange. On dogs, we used a salve, don't remember which. Any seed & feed store should carry such a salve. jim Deanna wrote: > > Hi group, > Need some help. Some of you may remember my sister Dolly in Arizona. Guest guest
Jim, The skin in the affected areas, especially in the underarm and inside upper arms, is thickening and getting very uncomfortable. The thickening is a described symptom in the mange paperwork she got from him. It is raised and discolored, a mottled red/brown. The itching is getting worse. It began in the underarm, which the vet said is the first place it will show up. She says she has some grapefruit seed extract that someone gave her, it has a caution on using it about the eyes etc., or full strength on skin. Do you happen to know of a safe ratio for a solution for the skin? I am wondering if she is having an allergic reaction to the flea/tic shampoo that was used on the pup sometime prior to their bringing it to her, but she is convinced it's mange, as it lines up with what the vet described to her. She has tried h202, no help there. I wonder if the salve from the feed store will help her. She's asking someone to get the tea tree oil, more h202, and the salve. Guest guest
get a 50 lb. bag of bentonite from your well drillers ($7) and soak in it with the peroxide. benzobenzoate is said to help. Guest guest
You could also try the frequencies for parasites-scabies if you have access to a Rife. Guest guest
Deanna, I use grapefruit seed extract full strength. If someone is sensitive they would have to dilute it. I don't know. Tea tree oil can be used full strength. jim Deanna wrote: > > Jim, > The skin in the affected areas, especially in the underarm and inside upper > arms, is thickening and getting very uncomfortable. Guest guest
Thank you Jim, While waiting for a reply, Dolly went ahead and used the extract full strength. She was desperate. It was fine. So, in the last hour she has showered, then poured 2 quarts of peroxide over herself, then poured 2 quarts colloidal silver over herself, then smeared herself down with the grapefruit seed extract. She rinsed nothing off. She is getting relief. In the underarms it is looking less raised and there is less itching. And she is laughing again where she'd been on the edge of tears. sigh of relief here. Her friend is there now and is taking her to the hfs for more of everything + tea tree oil and to the well driller's for bentonite to soak in. smile. Thanks so much for your help. And thanks to all others that sent helpful suggestions. Thank God for the internet and for caring people. Deanna Re: Sister with mange Deanna,I use grapefruit seed extract full strength. Guest guest
Deanna, Red mange cannot be contacted by humans, it's from birth in a pup and they usually get it from their mother. Comes out mostly when nervous. But Scoptic mange is a different story. Tell your sister to try the H202 bath but to put about 8 oz or 16 oz. in her bathwater and soak about 30-45 minutes. I teach dog obedience and when a dog gets the mange I tell the owners to drain the oil out of their car (burnt motor oil) and apply all over the dog. I would hate to tell her to try this but it sufficates the might. You might tell her to try vasaline really thick and leave on as long as she can. It might have the same affect. I would try the burnt motor oil myself but that is me. Smiles! Let me know how she is doing and tell her to dip the dog immediately and NOT TO LET anyone else touch the dog. If this dog has been inside the house, she will need to CLEAN EVERYTHING, she can use a diluted 35% food grade h202 to a 1/3 mixture. Bedding HOT WATER, and I put about 1/3 cup to a cup in with her sheets, etc. Everything must be cleaned.....dog house, dog bed, etc.etc. Keep in touch now, Gale ^i^ p.s. And yes your sister now can give it to other humans as well. So tell her to be careful --- Deanna wrote: > Hi group, > Need some help. Some of you may remember my sister > Dolly in Arizona. For the body, you might want to suggest that she try a product from Solutions-4-You called Ultra Plus+. It is a completely safe botanical cleanser with an algae added to it for germicidal purposes. I use it for gum and other types of infections, and it works great! (I also like how it cleans.) To obtain the product, she can email at paultima@...
