I am glad you are taking protein drinks. Vitamin Shoppe has a protein drink called Nector by Synthrax and I buy it ten gallons at a time. I am addicted to Lemon Tea. It is under $30 but barely. I order it and get free shipping from the Parthenon Company in Salt Lake City. They have free shipping on orders over $100. They have a ton of flavors, too. They have one that tastes like Tang. Pearl has gotten different flavors. I can't stand thick shakes so this is perfect. 23 grams of protein per scoop, zero carbs and fat. I have never found a protein drink otherwise. My dad takes Boost but it has a lower amount of protein and it can be purchased at Fred Meyer, Target, and a ton of places. Just make sure you get the high protein version.
