Lois, isn't it frustrating!! Our first baby granddaughter nearly died before my daughter-in-law finally convinced the doctor that the baby girl needed to be in the hospital!!

What does the Dan doctor say? Pat K**************************************See AOL's top rated recipes (http://food.aol.com/top-rated-recipes?NCID=aoltop00030000000004)

It may be connected with reflux.

He needs to watch his fats, caffeine, fiber, not overdue meats, etc.

My husband gets this every now and again.

His is not a gluten problem.

He takes clorophyll which helps.

And something like xantac or pepcid.

Antibiotics will also mess up his system and irritate his IBS.

The diarrahia may be connected to the stomach problem.

It may also be something like rotovirus or a bacteria infection.

Have the drs ordered any stool tests?

Elaine

Is it possible he has some sort of food poisoning? There was a recent recall on tainted milk and ground beef. Does he pick up and eat things off the floor? Does he wash his hands thoroughly after using the restroom? Pushing fluids was the best advice given for diarrhea. If he gets dehydrated, he can end up in the hospital.
