Guest guest Posted May 11, 2009 Report Share Posted May 11, 2009 Just wanted to check on this. I've been sleeping a LOT lately. But, I've started a new job and have to get up at 5:30 Monday-Friday. I tend to not get enough sleep during the week, unless I take a nap after work. As you know, life gets in the way and that makes it hard to get those naps in as well. So, I was wondering if there could be any *other* reason I'm sleeping all weekend - like 2 - 3 naps a day on top of the sleep I get at night. (i.e. Not enough protein?) Thanks!
