Guest guest
URN has many more criteria to meet. The TAP is a one time negociated standing agreement, do different than when you call and negociate a one time " out of network " agreement, it is just a standing agreement. The URN is actually " In network " and is a difficult process to pass. Guest guest
Pearl Basically I think you have a really Excellent response...except...take the anger out. If a student makes a mistake you don't respond with anger...you teach. Non-DS folks simply need a bit of education. If they are thinking about having the surgery to take " the easy way out " ...then educating them is essential. Because as you well know, those that don't take the " work " of DS seriously can get sick. I like to say...All surgeries have a " devil you dance with " . Know your devil so you can dance well with it. Even remaining Obese has a devil you dance with...joint destruction, diabetes, blah, blah blah. Diet and Exercise has a devil... So CHOOSE your devil and LEARN to dance. If someone isn't interested in LEARNING and they are just interested in having THEIR opinion...then I still don't waste anger on them. Basically, I don't give a flying fig what their opinion is...I just live my life by what works for me. Since I truly don't care what their opinion is...I truly don't get angry. hugs Jo
