Guest guest
Wow! That sounds like such a wonderful experience. I smiled the whole time I read it! Congrats on making it through it all even though you were not feeling well. I'm sure it's an experience you will remember for a lifetime! Caroline, who's super envious! Hey Kerri, It was great to be able to meet you on Saturday!!!! I wish things would of worked out so that we could of spent more time with you and your husband. I'm glad you had a great time and that a, Elena, and did their part to help you along. It was a great workout. You are right, the instruction that and Shellie give is so valuable. No matter how long you've been doing Tae-Bo, you always learn something. I learn something EVERY time and just love it. That's the best thing about having them there is that they can help you (unfortunately, not always on the moves you want them to). I never knew about the chair pushup until he mentioned that. I'm going to work on that when I get home. I try to do the full ones and I know that I'm not doing them right. This should help me along. Elena says " hi " to everyone. I wish everyone could of come, it was the best time!!!! Sandie, Tae and Bo )!!!!!! ===== " Believe. Believe in yourself. Believe in the one who believes in you. Guest guest
Kerri, I am so, so happy you made it to the workout. Do you realize you were standing in the most difficult, demanding place in the entire room? Front row, directly to the right of and Shelllie is the toughest spot because you are always in the spot light. There is no slacking when you are standing there. You did terrific! We have to make plans to get together for another workout, this time taking a class from or Stan. Elena My morning at WMTC (warning - this is long) > Hi everyone! I just got back from the WMTC! Guest guest
Elena, Thanks for the kind words. I liked being up front because I wasn't distracted by what others were doing around me. I'm not used to working out with anyone else. I didn't really have a choice about slacking off or not. At one point when we were doing that balance move with the front kicks, I brought my arms in to guard position to help keep my balance and looked at me and exaggerated the arm movements until I started them again. At times during the workout, I wasn't sure if I could even keep moving. I kept seeing you and a in the mirror and I knew I could make it. I've never pushed myself that hard before. I was so hot, I thought I'd spontaneously combust at any minute. I was kind of queasy during parts too. After it was over, I was proud of myself though. I can't believe did six of these workouts in two days!
