LOL typical Dr K! How is everyone???

I have had two seperate virus attacks...one last week was a stomach virus (ewwww...) and one this week in my sinus and chest. Getting tired of being sick!!

Weather has been good at least! Hope all you snow bunnies are staying warm!

So the last time I heard what the protein amounts we were supposed to consume a day was 90 grams...is that still the base-line? He wants us to go for more?

Missed the last few months of support group meetings, so want to be up to date!

BTW, 2/6/11 is my 10 year anniversary of my DS!! YEAH!!!

Even when the protein levels "appear normal"...upping your protein could be beneficial. I asked him "how much protein is suggested" His answer "more than you tak...e now"...(smart ass, lol)HugsJo

Thank you for sharing this with those of us who can't make the meetings. I have been trying to up my

protein I am getting SO much lab work and I see that I have slipped a little. And anything that will help

with the anemia...
