Guest guest
So the last time I heard what the protein amounts we were supposed to consume a day was 90 grams...is that still the base-line? He wants us to go for more? Missed the last few months of support group meetings, so want to be up to date! BTW, 2/6/11 is my 10 year anniversary of my DS!! YEAH!!! Even when the protein levels "appear normal"...upping your protein could be beneficial. I asked him "how much protein is suggested" His answer "more than you tak...e now"...(smart ass, lol)HugsJo
