okay, if a restraining order doesnt work i just learned tonite that florida

has a no trespass order, taht prohibits someone fro coming onto your property,

maybe that would work???? sharon m

Yup - even here in Canada - people cannot just come onto your

property.

The reason why this wall she walks all over is an issue is because it

is my wall but I haven't been able to put fence on it to block her

from it because it was not built to allow fence posts to be put on

it. So, if she walks on it and falls, which is a possibility given

that she hates us so much she may even fall on purpose if you know

what I mean, we'd be liable.

That's why our local government is recommending we charge them with

trespassing if they walk along the wall. The police have been called

by her neighbour when a fight erupted between her and my neighbours.

All they really told them is to " play nice " . Actually, there is no

reason to be screaming back and forth like that.

hmmmm i have been wanting to practice shooting again, can i come up there

and have my practice sessions near taht walll, i am awful just kidding but

sounds like they need a few buckshot in teh butt cheeks a burn for her to

remember for a while.
