Guest guest
I just got back from my PS and I don't have to wear body shapers any more. He is not entirely thrilled with his work and is making sounds about doing a little lipo but will wait until all the swelling is gone in about 6 months. Personally, I don't care that much but shorts are definitely not in my future. However, my knees look really good but the calves are puffy. He showed us my before and after pictures and in that context I am definitely pleased. He confided that this is not his favorite procedure to do. I am just glad it is over. You can tell he can't understand why I don't want a breast lift but Gee Whiz. I am 67! Marla WA State
Guest guest
Found this and thought it was interesting Vicki B ========================================================= Breastcancer.org How to raise white blood count? October 7, 2008 Question fromTerryO: What can be done to raise the plasma count and the white blood count? Answers — Dyer, M.S., R.D.: I'm not sure what you mean by raising the plasma count. The most important thing for actually raising white blood count is making sure you have enough protein in your diet for your body to make the cells. Lean chicken, other poultry, other fish, beans, lean dairy products. Tish Knobf, Ph.D., R.N., F.A.A.N., A.O.C.N.: For many patients, the bone marrow just needs time to regenerate the cells. Dyer, M.S., R.D.: And time can be variable. For some people it bounces back right away and in other people it takes longer.
