I think everyone has a hard time the first time they do it. It uses muscles you didn't know you had. The good news is that it gets easier after a couple times. Guest guest
I just looked at the geocities/taebofans site...you guys all look great!! It helps to have an idea of what you all look like as I read these posts , my fiance and I are *thinking* of going to Nashville for our honeymoon...he'll indulge me with going to the Country Music Hall of Fame, and then we'll road trip to NC to stay at a bed & breakfast and visit his aunt & uncle who won't be able to make it to the wedding. Maybe we'll have time to take your class while we're in Nashville. Yesterday I completed my 21 day challenge by moving onto the Advanced Tape from the original set. I felt great stamina-wise but could only do about 80% of the floor work, even when was encouraging me. At one point, I had this huge lump in my throat because I was thinking, " I want this so bad...my legs are on fire but I know I can do this. " So either I had one of those breakthrough " moments " , or I was still feeling bad over all the Survivors being so hungry and having to give up their camp for some rice. Hope everyone has a great weekend...we're supposed to have rain here in Southern California...good for the flowers.
