I had enough problems with me hair prior to the surgery and now it just does not want to grow. I take Biotin every day and have for about a year now - thinking that would help. I have changed my shampoo to a very expensive but supposedly gentle shampoo that is supposed to put moisture back into my hair. Mine just keeps breaking off. I would say that in the last year my hair has probably grown about 4-5 inches - but you sure wouldn't know it by looking at the actual length. I know it has gone this much because in a weak moment I colored my hair and then realized what a mistake that was - so, I have just been letting the color grow out.
