I'm going to try it; I never have before but I know the sound of running water

is soothing to me too. I'm gonna mix'em!

What You wrote about running water, Cammy, made me think of the Centerpointe cd's. www.centerpointe.com if You have the money.

These cd's meditate for You! Really. And they really work. And they are just wonderful to listen to. Meditation is just great; to be able to feel peaceful in the face of turmoil. They probably still send out samples.

However, any meditation is good. And if You could find a little inexpensive fountain (I found a battery operated one for my daughter for $10), You'd probably love that for meditation.

If anyone needs to be able to find peace in the midst of challenges, it's autism parents.

It should be taught in kindergarten, if not sooner.

I feel like I'm at a point in my life where wrong decisions are catastrophic and

Cammy,It's so easy to get down when we moms are always so busy. It is possible that if you're feeling a little run down, you might want to try B-12 supplements. You might also need add in a D3 supplement. Aside from that, I know it's hard to find time for yourself, but you'll need to set aside some time to do something just for you.
