Guest guest
Oh, about the taste. There isn't a person alive who would sip this tea and say out loud " Oh this is delicious " . You could put sugar in it, you could put anything you want in it. And the stronger you make it, the worse it tastes. lol I simply don't care about the taste. I care about my morning glucose readings. Guest guest
Melody,Funny you say that about the taste because for years I have used fenugreek seeds in Indian cooking and never really liked them. I only used them because I knew they were important to the recipes and because they had health benefits. But I definitely did not care for them. When I heard you and others talk about fenugreek sprouts, I was reluctant to try them, but being adventurous (at least with food!), I tried them.Wow, am I glad I did. Now I look at those seeds in a different way. I never allow us to run out of them because we like them so much. They sprout so easily, quickly, and keep well--they don't last long enough to get stored in our house though. I think our birds like them too. marion n Rollings, PhDNJ Licensed Psychologist #4686www.DrnRollings.com Until we have the courage to recognize cruelty for what it is--whether its victim is human or animal--we cannot expect things to be much better in this world... Guest guest
Melody, does that cup last a couple of days? I noticed that you said that you only take a few sips at night.
