Oh, about the taste. There isn't a person alive who would sip this tea and say

out loud " Oh this is delicious " . You could put sugar in it, you could put

anything you want in it. And the stronger you make it, the worse it tastes.

lol

I simply don't care about the taste. I care about my morning glucose readings.

Why make tea with fenugreek? Just like the taste or is there health benefits?

Also do you sprout them first or just use the dry seeds? Thanks!

Melody,Funny you say that about the taste because for years I have used

fenugreek seeds in Indian cooking and never really liked them. I only used them

because I knew they were important to the recipes and because they had health

benefits. But I definitely did not care for them. When I heard you and others talk

about fenugreek sprouts, I was reluctant to try them, but being adventurous (at

least with food!), I tried them.Wow, am I glad I did. Now I look at those seeds

in a different way. I never allow us to run out of them because we like them so

much. They sprout so easily, quickly, and keep well--they don't last long enough

to get stored in our house though. I think our birds like them too. :) marion

Melody, does that cup last a couple of days? I noticed that you said that you

only take a few sips at night.
