My job has been CRAZY lately, plus I've run into some hiccups for my

wedding in October. As a result, I came home from work 2 days in a

row and just went to bed...well, fed the cats but did not have

dinner, no tae-bo (or any kind of exercise), and didn't even read the

mail.

I woke up at 4:30 this morning and did the 4-Pack Basic Live tape 2

times in a row and could just feel the stress pouring out of me with

every jab.

I know that exercise is great for reducing stress, but it's not

second nature to me yet...at least I didn't relieve my stress with

ice cream, like I normally would!

who hopes all of you are having a low-stress week :)
