Guest guest
Hi, I got my amazon.co.uk tapes. Tae bo 3 and the advanced. They are both different form the ones I have until now. This is because the ones I have are from an earlier period. Shellie has curly hair on all of them. Tae bo 3 as well as the advanced are all right, no I quite like them. The advanced is hard but I like its structure. Somehow even without warming up, it gets you warmed up during the workout, I have the feeling that the exrcises are linked up in a way that your muscles get warmed up gradually. It begins decently I would say, with jabs and knee raises and front kicks and only later begins with side kicks etc... Tae bo 3 is not really basic I think, Although I do not like long warming ups, it is okay and later it gets somewhat Harder. What I do not like is when an exercise is only done on one side, I feel so unbalanced then, s I try to fill the gap myself while is making his small speeches which I do not really like anyway. I am sorry, but those things are really differently viewed here in Europe. About cds, I read here in the Netherlands, that there is a CD for tae bo, but it might just be some music. Shall I look it up again? Kati

Kati, I'm glad the new workouts that you got are different from the ones you already had! Is there real music with words or is the music all instrumental? Maybe you could describe what is wearing in the workouts and we could try to figure out what workouts you have (and if they are the same as any of the ones that have been released here)! If the music is all instrumental, that means most likely they are Tae-Bo TV workouts, otherwise, they might be some of the Live series! Is there a Tae-Bo CD available to you there in the Netherlands? I'd be interested in knowing if it's available there...LOL!
Guest guest
, You read my thoughts. I also wanted to ask you which American tape the new British advanced might be. is wearing a black cap, but then turned around or to tjhe back or how to say it. He is wearing sort of light blue jogging trousers and jumper. They are very baggy and he looks so different. Half way through the workout he takes this first layer off and he is wearing black shirt without arms and a strectch trousers with a red line on it. There is basically no warm up and it ends with knee raises and push ups variations. Np sorry it ends with a killing squad. No floor work. Kati I will have a look at the CD, I believe it was just some music.

Kati, It sounds like it might be one of the Tae-Bo TV advanced workouts. I am at my aunt's house right now, so I don't have my notes with what is wearing in the workouts in front of me. I will be home tonight, so I will check and see if any of the workouts match your description of what is wearing and let you know later today

No floor work. Kati, I'm pretty sure that the workout you have is Tae-Bo TV Advanced #15. It has squats at the very end and is wearing the same workout outfit that you described. In the first row it's TQ, Blonde , Shellie and Debbie. Shellie is wearing a kind of aqua outfit....capri pants and a matching jogbra type top. There is also a little girl on the right side riser. Is this the same one that you have?
Guest guest
Yeap, that iis it!!! I would not mind if they would sell more of that stuff here in Europe. I am always wondering why those tapes are not released on the European market. Is there not enough demand for that? I here everwhere that it is such ahype but you can not buy new tapes.
