Guest guest
Hi, all my KT friends. I have started to drink KT about two months ago. Its goes well all the way. However, I started to feel there were lots of gas in my stomach about a month ago. The gas did really disturb my stomach and also I was feeling something was blocking my throat and having feelings of hard to swallow. I am wondering if this is because of the over active yeast in my KT as there are always lots of bubbles and yeast at the bottom of my bottles. Please anyone can share their experinces with me if you are having the same experince as me as I am not willing to give up drinking KT. Just fall in love with my KT ;-) .... Are you drinking enough water (plain water)? By that I mean at least the same amount of water as Kombucha tonic. Ideally one should drink ones's weight halfed in fl oz. If you weigh 200 lb that would be 100 fl oz which is about 12 US cups. Take note, this is an ideal and it takes quite some time and practise to drink that amount (if you are 200 lb like in my case). The water issue is important, because without it your body can't successfully flush out toxic substances (detox). If you have comsumed too much Kombucha, your body can manifest detox symptoms like rash, swollen glands, slight nausea. This is usually short lived if you drink less Kombucha and more water. Give your body time to adjust. In the long run you will be healthier for it. Guest guest
Hello, Having struggled with dysphagia (difficulty swallowing), I have found that KT improved it. As Margret said, are you drinking enough water? Check out www.watercure2.com Dysphagia can be a sign of serious medical problems, and if it gets REALLY bad, you can get an obstruction. Please have it checked out with a physician at your earliest convenience. Hope that helps, Help!!! > Hi, all my KT friends. > > I have started to drink KT about two months ago.
