Guest guest
lee, Come and live my life -- I will gain 10-20 pounds in two days and it takes me weeks to lose them. Then, for a week or so I'll be " stable " before I start the roller coaster all over again. I completely understand your frustration! Guest guest
Hi lee, I have gained 5 pounds in the last couple of weeks because I am stressed about starting school today. I am afraid I won't get the classes I need to get into the masters program. So, I am stress eating, eating flour foods. Stress makes me gain weight and so does flour and sugar. Once school starts and I get into the rhythm of my life, I will lose the weight. But, I have to eat healthy and stay away from flour and sugar. It's really easy to gain weight if I am not careful, but it is also easy to lose weight. I love the ezekial bread and the ezekial cereal. Makes my tummy feel good and my bowel movements normal. Now, if only I can be good and stay away from foods that don't make me feel so great. --- mitchandcindy wrote: > Hey all, I reported in the fall that I had lost 12 > pounds in 12 weeks > without trying. Guest guest
I hear ya, sister! I am trying to work off my " home foods " weight. I ate stuff I haven't eaten in thirty years! And I am regretting it...but not that much. lol Marta - In DS_Friends_Keshishian , " mitchandcindy " wrote: > > Hey all, I reported in the fall that I had lost 12 pounds in 12 weeks > without trying. Guest guest
Who knows about weight gain? It is a problem that I had an unfortunate experience with. I gained some weight back due to an addiction to mocha frappachinos--- then I quickly gained more weight as a result of my congestive heart failure. When I came out of the ICU I was weighed and the nurse said, " how does 199 sound " I asked him who did you weigh? That's not me. " Well...it was.. my thighs were up to 26 " each.. hips up to 48 " . I have since lost down to 154! I would not advise this for anyone! My goal after the DS was 135... an insurance figure.. but never got below 145.... maybe now. Good luck getting evened out. I no longer drink mocha frappachinos! Thank you God. Me, I never go back down, only up and up. I cant explain why, but the harder I try the more I gain. When I relax a little I lose a little, but it all comes back. sigh hugs, Sharon in Onyx whose body is still ready for a famine and will survive!
