Janick,

You will do fine :) usually does a lot of teaching when he

teaches a class (especially if he's teaching for 2 1/2 hours)......so

I'm sure you will get some breaks! You will be on such a high from

meeting that you will just keep going and going :) I can't

wait to hear all about it!

Yeah, I guess you are right. But still, with my poor workout performances in

the last 2 weeks, I'm still worried... Oh geez... I can't believe how insecure

I am!!!

Janick!

Get yourself together woman! ;)

I think you would hate yourself for not

going... This is one of these " once in a life time "

opportunities. As says, " Be a Conqueror " ,

conquer your anxiety, you will be great!

Anyways, you have to go, you will be one of the

French Canadian reps! *grin*

Janick,

Don't you dare have second thoughts about going! Just look at it as

a chance to meet (which will be one of the most amazing

experiences you've ever had) and a chance to be with your friends!

The workout is really secondary! Just go and have a good time and do

your best! Give it your all and do your best and that's all you have

to worry about :) Please don't doubt yourself! Don't be so hard on

yourself....easier said than done, I know....LOL! But really...please

be kind to yourself and remember that this is going to be an AMAZING

experience :)

she doesn't believe it herself....we'll just believe it for her :)

> Janick, Sat. is not about " cutting it; " it's about having fun and

enjoying a new experience. There is nothing to " cut. " You don't

have to prove anything to anybody but yourself. All you have to do

is do your best and give a good effort. If you need to modify the

whole workout or just do 1 hour of it, then do that! You are paying

for this workout, so definitely make it your own. Just think you get

to spend the day with taebo friends and meet . That is so

exciting! The workout is just the excuse for bringing you all

together and meeting .

Janick,

Uh hello!?!? Haven't you been sick just like me? I know my workouts haven't

been stellar for the last month because of it, but I am making slow

improvements back to where I was. And even if I didn't and stayed where I am

right now, nothing could keep me away from . A good portion of the

people in those classes walk it out quite a bit, me included. And I can't

think of anyone on this list who has been to the WTC who hasn't walked it

out, modified a move, slowed it down etc. at some point. We just go to have

fun, be with each other and be inspired by . He can act like a drill

sergeant sometimes, but he has never pushed me farther than I was able to go.

It is easy to compare ourselves to others and be extremely critical of what

we have accomplished. In some fields that will push you farther. But exercise

is not what you compete in, it is something you do for you and your health.

So why not get rid of all of that negativity, pat yourself on the back and

hold your head up with pride? You have gone through a lot and accomplished

great things. You have every reason to walk into the WTC like you are about

to kick some serious behind!

:-)

temporarily not working and cannot tie herself esteem in to the really cool

job she has.
