Hi all,

Just wanted to thank all of you for answering my post. I had such

an emotional day after speaking so honestly with my dad about the

beast. I was pretty much an emotional wreck the rest of the day!

Dad just sat quiet like he was thinking about something. I am glad

to know that all of you agree I did the right thing. It is nice to

know that I am not taking this journey alone and that I

have " friends " here who truely understand what I am going through.

I told some at work about the experience and I didn't get near the

support there that I got here. They just don't " get it " ! Special

thanks to Patti, you are a true " Gem " . What strength and courage

you have to open up to us and share what it is like for our loved

ones. You have my prayers and support.
