Hi,

for several months now I got a very sore arm which I

think is because of a pulled tendon(when it happened

i didn't feel it,it started later which can

occasionally happen). If you got something similar I'm

really interested in the theory what it has to do with

intestinal problems. Of course pain can be caused thru

detox (and shouldn't last forever),but if there's no

logical explanation, i might question what the

osteopath said -blaming the kombucha. It just doesn't

make sense to me.I believe to have systemic candida

for many years (I just made my first kombucha batch

and see how it works apart from other anti-candida

treatment)and considering how many people have that

with all sorts of (intestinal) problems, many would

have pains in their limbs, too. What i gathered so far

from this group, an unhealthy scoby would be a moldy

one and that would cause problems in the gut,but

anything else??? Wouldn't know...

First I would try to find another (more likely) cause

and avoid movements that aggravate the pain.It takes

some months-maybe even up to 6- to get over a

pulled/torn tendon. I don't know any details about

your case, but sometimes it's good to be careful to

believe what " health experts " say, especially if it's

not their field.

Hope your tendon gets better soon,it's a real nuisance

to be restricted doing things.

cheers,
