I don't know if it's because we do the ab/butt stuff first or what...but man, that second half kicked my butt today...LOL! The first 20 minutes of that second half is pure cardio and then you do some tough moves at the end for balance, etc! And those machine gun kicks...ugh! I was dripping with sweat when I finished today! When I'm short on time it's jsut enough of a good workout. Did it this morning and when it get's to the machine gun kicks part, I do floor work. I don't know what it is but I simply can not get up from floor work and do cardio. My body just seems to shut down after the strength work. It's really weird but I avoid it at all costs!
