YES! It has replaced AL1 as my " tough tape "

it's because we do the ab/butt stuff first or what...but man, that

second half kicked my butt today...LOL! The first 20 minutes of that

second half is pure cardio and then you do some tough moves at the

end for balance, etc! And those machine gun kicks...ugh! I was

dripping with sweat when I finished today! I just think it's a

really good workout and everytime I do it....that second half is

always tough to me...LOL!

It's me regular preggie Taebo tape! When I'm short on time it's jsut enough

of a good workout.

Did it this morning and when it get's to the machine gun kicks part, I do

floor work. Hamstring butt work.

who did AL6 yesterday and forgot what a GREAT workout that one is

I don't know what it is but I simply can not get up from floor work and do

cardio. My body just seems to shut down after the strength work. It's

really weird but I avoid it at all costs! LOL

Yes, that is a good butt kicker :o)!!!!!!

Sandie, Tae and Bo who'll have to do those 2 this week

as they haven't been done in a while do to her AL8 and

AL11 addiction :o)!!!!!!

I DEFINITILY agree!! Yes, I save this workout for when I'm feeling

strong and energetic because you certainly need both to make it

through!!

Okay , you are my idol!!! It is so wonderful and self-assuRing

to hear that you are doing tae-bo at 7 months!! Anyway, great to
