Happy New Year to all my DS Family

Hi all,

Have been away from list for awhile now, but am trying to get back

into the swing of things. As some of you know, my 91 year old mom

was diagnosed with colon cancer in Nov. She had surgery on the 19th

of Dec and they were able to remove all signs of cancer from the

colon. They also removed her 2 ovaries with masses, and all masses

came bace beigne. All her lymp nods are cancer free. She is now

home, had to spend Christmas in the hospital, but she says 2008 has

to be a better year. Looking forward to going back to her own house

SOON, lol.

Please know that my prayers and love go out to all who need them even

tho you dont hear from me.

Hopefully, in 2008 I can get my second total knee replaced and some

surgery with Dr. K that we have talked about. Will be in Delano on

January 21st for my 3rd year anniversary. Seems just like yesterday

that I was preparing for my DS surgery. Love the surgery, the DR.

and all his staff.
