Guest guest
Hi to all: In a post to you last week, I mentioned a trip to Windsor we were supposed to take today and my fears due to a yet to be diagnosed heart condition in my husband. Well, last night we had a dinner party and as our friends were leaving just after midnight, my husband began once more having heart palpitations. Very scary. We tried waiting them out but they intensified and so, once more, back to emergency we went. We considered calling an ambulance but, because he felt the pains lessening somewhat, we decided it would be fine for us to drive. We live about 10 minutes away by car. By the time we got there, (about 30 minutes after they first began after waiting for my mother in law to come sit with the kids while we scooted over there), everything was fine. He was hooked up to a heart monitor, did a chest X-ray and had several ECGs - everything normal. Yet again, the doctors are mystified. We now have to await Thursday to see what comes up when he wears the heart monitor. This is very scary. I know this isn't really the appropriate venue for me to vent my fears re: my husband but I don't know where else to do so. I'm trying to be strong for him since he's very afraid and we don't want our kids to know too much since they did know when he first became ill and began having awful dreams and crying out in the middle of the night. As well, I don't want to alarm my mom who already has a tendency to " freak " at the hint of any trouble. So, I turn to you all just to tell you how unbelievably frightening this is. So, needless to say, we never did get to Windsor today for my husband's cousin's bridal shower... Thanks for letting me vent. Abby
Guest guest
Hi Courage: My husband's bp is awesome. The doctors checked that first and repeatedly and it's great. We even have a bp monitor at home and each time we check it, it's great. This thing is very odd... On another note, we have a " hearing " with Nasty regarding her shed which has been placed right up against our fence and has knocked down a retaining wall in the background. This is on Thursday. We asked her to move her shed and she's refused. Now it's going to our city court. What an idiot!!! This, my dear, is the last thing we need but she bugs me to no end. Thanks for the response. How's your mom and your dad? Abby
Guest guest
Abby, give Nasty what for. Bully's love to complain to authority figures that they are the victims once they are in a situation of being caught out. List all the times that she has driven you made to show a pattern of harassment. Hell, wish I had some time cause I'd love to come with you at the hearing and put her in her place!!!!!!!!!!!!
