Guest guest
No sooner said than done. i never once thought that I could store my always-refrigeratored extra scobies in my Ex-refigerator which has a constant temperture of 78-80 degrees F. Well, I jsut mved them there and released a whole shelf in my regular refrig. Tlose creatures will pobably go wild in all that heat. I trust they won't die, but they will probaby try to grow new babies without the tea and sugar. At least, they will have a jump start when is use them to brew. This is a whole new world to me. I hope I won't regret it. I am not yet ready to store my brewed Kombucha Tea out there in the wilderness of flying glass. O. HO. HO. What a Christmas. And I still have room to brew four pots at once in my Ex-refrig. Thanls. Margaret, for starting me on a new adventure. Blessings on you all. LOve. MArge.
