Dear Gail:

The phone company in South Florida is Bell South. I don't know the number

right now, but we connect to report problems in the phone line by dialing 611.

Maybe you can dial the area code and 611 and see what happens. The

Information operator could probably give you a 1-800 number to call Bell South

in your

dad's town.

Good luck! hugs and prayers,

Josie

Unfortunately we have several phone companies down here. BellSouth is the

primary one. Sprint and AT & T also have local calling. You need to know which

one he is with. There are even more cellular companies.

I live near Deerfield Beach and if I can be of service, Please let me know.

Gail:

Bell south has a PIN number that they ask for before they will give any

information on the account. The number is right on the bill every month and is

located towards the left of the Account summary. The website is

www.bellsouth.com.
