In the Basic Live I am in the 3rd row back to the left of the screen

(as you look at the tv). I am next to the left riser and I am

wearing black workout pants and a matching black workout top that

shows a little of my stomach. My hair is pulled back in a ponytail.

They show a close up of me doing the one arm speed bags and also at

the end during the balance move. Also, when we are doing front

kick/back kick's and is talking to the camera...I am right

behind him.

In the Advanced Live, I am in the back towards the right of the

screen, in front of the back right riser. I am wearing a big yellow

t-shirt cut off at the waist and black workout pants and again my

hair is in a ponytail. They show a bunch of close ups of me in this

one, but the best one is when I am punching 's hands and he is

trying to get me to count. I had no idea at the time what he was

saying (I was in a zone or something...LOL) and he turns to the

camera and starts talking about how he's trying to get me to count.

At which point I realize what he's saying and start laughing and he

says " see at least she has a smile on her face " or something like

that...LOL!
