Live 4-Pack

Hello,

I just bought the Live 4-Pack and also signed up for the automatic

delivery program, beginning with Basic. Is Basic Level 1 the same as

the Basic that's in the 4-Pack?

I finished my 21 day challenge on April 5 (last Wednesday) and

started another one, but got that pesky flu bug on Sunday and had to

take a rest. I'm back today though, so hoping to move to the

Advanced in my 4-Pack sometime this week.

The Basic 1 is a completely different tape than the basic tape in the

4-pack.

First of all.....Congratulations on completing your 21DC! WOOOOOOOO

HOOOOOOOO! That is so awesome! I'm sorry you got sick, but it might

have just been your body's way of saying " hey, I need a little break

here " ...LOL! The important thing is that you listened to your body

and gave it a rest and got right back on track! That's awesome

BL1 is a completely different workout than the Basic that's in the 4-

pack! Both of those workouts are great workouts! You will LOVE the

automatic delivery....it is so much fun to get a new tape every

month Enjoy your new workouts! And good luck with the Advanced

when you attempt it!
