I was thinking that maybe some of the newbies might need a little reminder to post their 'before' pics in the photo section so they can follow up with 'progress' pics along their DS journey? There are so many sections on the group site that folks may not even know about. It is really cool to be able to go to the photo section and put a face to the name on the emails, and to see the progress of each person. Debra (and anyone else who is interested) You may create and post pictures into an album all on your own. " IF " you have problems doing that then feel free to email me the pictures and I'll get them in an album for you. At least if you're anything like me, I hated having pictures taken when I was so terribly heavy. BUT... it is so much more great to look now and see where I was and where I am. I did not lose as much as I wanted to... but when I compare how I looked previous to my surgery... and all of my health difficulties.... I know that the DS was a miracle for me. Take advantage of those weeks before surgery to note what you can/can't do... and to take some measurements and a few photos... so you can luxuriate later in the wonder of it all. And... we would love to have you share on here so we can see the amazing journey you've embarked upon.
