Thank you for your kind and supporting messages.

It is a blessing that you are there as I have decided that the

lapband is going to be my little secret... well my husband knows of

course, and so do the children but they have been sworn to secrecy

for the time being. I just don't think I can go through the misery

of trying to explain the long term anguish of diets with no success.

I am sure that my friends would be totally supportive of my decision,

but you just never know. I think they might think that it is a

severe way of dealing with it... they don't know how it feels, do

they?

Andi... I already had it all worked out! What they don't know etc

etc. Haven't heard a word since booking in last week when I saw you.

I assume that the hospital will contact me on Friday to let me know

when to arrive and when to start fasting. All I know is that it will

be later afternoon. I would love you to drop by so I can see your

smiling face before I go in. And another question (Sorry!!!)

sustegen... does it have to be the " hospital " one, or will any of the

others do???
