thanks for the info, i appreciate it, my problem is the damn lawyer, he was

10-14 days, and i assume as lawyer he meant workiung days, well is was 3

weeksyesterday, dad is game for power of attty well he was at that time,

hopefully that hasnt changed, i dont think so, just waiting for paperwork to

come

in. i cannot rush him because i want this done the easy way ifpossible if i

rush the lawyer, he may ask too many questions, and then not do it, i am

keeping conservative ship in the background as a if i have to, but power of atty

with dad's blessing would be best.

i will call lawyer this week, from nashville to be sure it hasnt gotten lost

in maile,

thanks alot, let me call lawyer and see where the paperwrok is taht dad

already agreed on inlcuding the power of atty he said 10-14 days, well

yesterday

i believe was wroking day #14, after the holiday. so... he will get a call

from me, after all i have cell phone and 7 hours of driving on monday
