Guest guest Posted July 10, 2004 Report Share Posted July 10, 2004 jan, thanks for the info, i appreciate it, my problem is the damn lawyer, he was 10-14 days, and i assume as lawyer he meant workiung days, well is was 3 weeksyesterday, dad is game for power of attty well he was at that time, hopefully that hasnt changed, i dont think so, just waiting for paperwork to come in. i cannot rush him because i want this done the easy way ifpossible if i rush the lawyer, he may ask too many questions, and then not do it, i am keeping conservative ship in the background as a if i have to, but power of atty with dad's blessing would be best. i will call lawyer this week, from nashville to be sure it hasnt gotten lost in maile, sharon m a smile a day keeps the meanies away!!!
