Guest guest
The elongation of the lower lobes of the aural orifices of the cranium. :-) Now, who other than Marta is going to get THAT? They are the horizontal oval spots of fat on our sides that exercise will not get rid of. Think of them as local spare tires at the middle of the body. _____ From: DS_Friends_Keshishian [mailto:DS_Friends_Keshishian ] On Behalf Of Laurie Sent: Monday, December 31, 2007 11:53 AM To: DS_Friends_Keshishian Subject: Dog Ears What are dog ears as a result of Plastic Surgery? Guest guest
Nope. Now, don't listen to Jim! Dog ears or as I like to call them, Chicken Butts, are those little pointy pouters that arise at the corners of incisions. Think of them as being in the corners of your mouth, if the incision is your smile. The reason they pop up is because the surgeon is removing a wedge-shaped area of skin and this causes some pouting of the flesh at the corner of that incision once the two edges are pulled together. The more skin removed, the wider the wedge, the more likely you are to have dog ears (or chicken butts).
