Hi everyone,

I am back from vacation. We had a great time. Colorado is a beautiful state!

I am busy getting the kids back and forth to school between teaching

classes. :) Talk to you all soon.

Nanci,

Welcome back! Glad your vacation went well! Gosh, it's hard to

believe the kids are back in school already! Where did the summer

go? LOL!

I'm Back

> I know, you probably didn't even realize that I was gone! ;-) I had to

go no-mail because there are just a number of things going on in my life

right now ... . My motivation to tae-bo has been zero for a while and I

need to get back into it. Any words of motivation, threats, anything that

you think would help would be greatly appreciated.

plate lately. Your family of course comes first. You do deserve time for

yourself, though. If not, you'll go crazy and maybe even resentful. Pick a

time of the day (even a 1/2 hour) and make that mommy's time. Nobody is

allowed to interrupt you. During that time, go for a long walk, do a taebo

tape, stretch, or whatever. Once you start, you'll realize how much you

missed exercise. Good luck with the job prospect and the auction. Keep us

posted on how things are going for you.
