Guest guest
I saw that post! I'm guessing a honey mustard garlic type dressing...perhaps some balsamic/ginger in there... I guess because I have a craving for a salad w/ that dressing at the moment. I was going to post that they should drain the jars on an angle to prevent mold and such....looks like they were getting great results w/ the mason method. Looks delicious. Guest guest
Could have been something like this one that I got from a kale recipe 1 Red Bell Pepper 1 Cup Cashews (soaked in water 8 hours, rinsed) 1 Tbsp Yellow Miso (make sure it yellow miso, and NOT the dark brown) 1 Lemon (juice of) 3 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar (non-filtered) 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast 2-3 cloves garlic -Soak cashew in water for 8 hours (overnight). Rinsed & Drain -Place Cashews, Lemon Juice, Apple Cider Vinegar in Blender and blend until smooth -Add Red Bell Pepper and blend -Add all remaining ingredients, bend until smooth. There should be not chunks of nut, it should have a creamy texture. The recipe in the video had chunks of something - maybe the cashews were not blended completely. As a dressing, this was divine. Guest guest
I thought it needed just a little bit of salt <G>. Guest guest
Maybe those were chunks of garlic in that sauce? I made a kale salad the other day and the chunks of garlic I had in my dressing were very similar to those in the video. Seeing that avocado makes me regret not buying any this week! n Rollings, PhDNJ Licensed Psychologist #4686www.DrnRollings.com Until we have the courage to recognize cruelty for what it is--whether its victim is human or animal--we cannot expect things to be much better in this world...
