re: Xenadrine

I started using it in Jan aalong with TB and changing My diet (SLIGHTLY) and

I have lost a little over 40 lbs and 2 dress sizes the only thing it does

make you a little on edge like PMS butother than being PMS which my hubby

says I have anyway I have had NO side effects with it and I have tons of

energy.

Which has helped being that I am back to work FT and getting up a 5am

everyday fi\or the first time in almost 5yrs. yeah I was working PT but never

had to get up at 5 and work 8 hours then come home. my first few weeks I

really wasn't as beat as I thought I would be.

- who is loving being back to work FT but is going through withdrawl from

my kids.

I would talk to a doctor. That stuff can be very dangerous, especially for a

person who has a heart condition (which anyone could have and not know about

it). It has been linked to deaths and strokes. I would really, really talk to

a doctor before taking any kind of supplement, especially a stimulant.

I started in January and up to today I have lost 43 exactly but I didn't

change my diet until about 5 weeks ago and that made it come off faster but

is right I would check with your DR. before taking anything. I

actually took the whole weight loss issue to my DR. and first he suggested

Meridia and i said i wanted to explore other options before using a Rx and he

suggested Xenadrine.

So far I am extremely happy with it.

Farah,

I have used Xenadrine in the past and I didn't like it. It made me

jittery and I felt like I was wired all the time. If you do take

anything like this with ephedra/ma huang in it......you have to be

really careful. Don't ever go over the recommended dose that they

tell you to take and be really careful that you listen to your body.

I used to take 2 in the morning (and I think the recommended dose for

that stuff in a day is like 3 pills 3 times a day) and those 2 pills

in the morning were enough to make me jittery. So, you have to be

REALLY careful! Also, they have a ton of caffeine in them, so if you

already drink caffeine, be aware that you will be getting even more

from these pills. When I stopped taking them (I only took Xenadrine

a few times, but I took Diet Fuel, which is basically the same thing,

for a long time) I went through about a week of feeling like total

crap and having headaches from the caffeine withdrawal. And, those

pills were the only source of caffeine I was getting since I don't

drink anything but water. Anyway, my point is......I would really be

careful with them and check with a Doctor before starting them,

especially if you are on any other medications.
