Guest guest
"Does anyone have times when the slightest touch feels like it is leaving a huge bruise? I don't have it all the time but, hugs are unbareable and even someone rubbing my back feels like a huge bruise will form...." Hi , I have had this problem for years. I especially find it if my husband holds/grabs my arm, if only for a minute, it hurts and continues to hurt for a good ten minutes after he has let go. It hurts so much that you would think it was going to bruise. I'm thinking that it is the fibromyalgia causing it but who knows, maybe it is the rheumatoid arthritis or a side effect of a drug (like Prednisone). You know what also I have noticed for a few years now is that if I push my finger into my leg for a minute when I remove it there will be a dent left in it's spot. Or if my leg is leaning against something there will be a huge indent there. The fluid retention from the Prednisone is unbelievable. Some days my feet feel like I have been on them for hours when perhaps I had only just gotten of bed.....ah, life goes on, lol.
