Guest guest Posted March 13, 2011 Report Share Posted March 13, 2011 My sources say that fenugreek can block the thyroid from producing the T3 and T4 and so I am hesitant to do a lot with it. I am not diabetic. Mt thyroid is working fine. Melody, really consider the self watering 55 gal garden and just raised gardens in general.
