My good news

I went to see Dr. K on Thursday and he was quite happy with the progress I

have made, so I hit him up with the idea of letting me return to my own home. I

know I still have to be on the woundvac, but that care could be transfered,

and he said I could. So, here I am at my own home.. Boy does it feel good!!!

I am not going to go and do anything stupid, because I sure don't want to go

back to the hospital or anything, but I am just glad to be back in my own

home. It was so nice to sleep in my own bed, instead of a hospital bed, last

night.It is going to take me a couple of weeks just to get all my stuff sorted

and put away. It took two loads just to get me moved back home. What with all

the stuff we needed, then Christmas stuff, I ended up with a lot of stuff at

my brothers that had to be moved back home. I am just going to take it easy

about unpacking though.

I have gone out and bought myself some new clothes that fit and boy does

that feel good. Makes me feel good to have something that fits. I bought some

new velour pant suits after my brother bought me one for Christmas, I bought

myself two more because I loved the one he got me so much. Doc said I looked

nice in one of them when I went to see him.

I am just happy to be home and going to start the New Year out right.
