Guest guest Posted December 25, 2007 Report Share Posted December 25, 2007 Betsy asked me to wish you all a Merry Christmas and to let you know that she suffered a heart attack early Saturday morning. She is in the hospital resting well. An angiogram was performed on Sunday which determined that she had more sever blockages than could be corrected with an angioplasty. She is scheduled for open heart surgery this morning to put in 5 by-passes. She is in good spirits and agrees that this surgery must be done. Both of our daughters and their families are in for the holidays so we are all together. As a friend commented a few days after Katrina, " This sucks!
