Quite frankly I don't think that should be enough to have been a

problem. You say you had one quart of water one morning, and when

thirsty in the day. Second day one pint in am & when thirsty after that.

If you had been drinking a lot of water more than one day, maybe it

would be too much. But, I don't see how drinking a quart of water just

once would cause problems?

Maybe some other list member has some idea.
