I'll make a post when I come across someone who isn't affected. ================ Hi Jim, I think this is very exciting. I am wondering if you've ever considered speaking words of healing over the person while laying hands on them? The reason I'm asking is I have been very blessed through out my lifetime with strong men of God. Now I don't know if you consider yourself one or not, but we are talking about healing here and I'd like to share a true story regarding one of these such men. He was a former pastor of mine; now retired is 80 years old. One time he was called to the hospital to visit a man who was dying. When he got there, the man was already dead and they had covered his face with the sheet. Pastor went in to see him anyway. He bent over and whispered some scripture in the man's ear. I don't know why he did that. He said he started to leave then thought he'd speak the word in Hebrew. Bent over again and spoke, but this time in Hebrew. The man came back to life. You mentioned having a wish at the age of 5 of having healing hands like Jesus. You also mentioned you would not be attempting to raise the dead. I'm glad you've found this source of healing. I've just noticed when words are spoken, they can also be very healing and wondered if you've ever thought of that. And oh, btw, when Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead it with his spoken word.....never did lay a hand on him. Try it; you might be surprised. Guest guest
I practice spiritual psychotherapy. In this, we use a drawing of the energy system of the person, the laying of hands, and speaking, transforming a problem into a gift. This is amazing. It has the potential to solve in very few sessions deep, profound problems. For example - I had a male patient who was raped by an adult male when he was 12 years old. After dealing with the trauma (which expressed itself as hemorrhoids as soon as treatments began, we started to work on his entire life history, starting with conception, and working up to the age of 6. It only took 4 sessions, and the entire family and growing trauma was cleared, with the gift of finding his soul-mate... So, words have enormous power, but not by themselves - there has to be another thing - the intention - to guide their energy and to jump -start the healing process. Ronen. Guest guest
This is a development me and my associated have developed. There is the White Lodge Center for New Directions, in Kent, England, which teaches the method, and also see the EFT method - different, but the concepts are the same. Both of these methods start with the physical, and advance from there. What I and my associates practice comes from some very intense spiritual connection - we do not know how to define it, but can help people achieve that, easily. We are going to offer courses and attunements on - line, but it will take some months yet. Thanks for the interest. Ronen. Guest guest
Is this like Reiki? That's healing with hands and energy but you don't actually touch the person. We accidentally (are there really any accidents) found an aura reader driving with my ex, who believed in nothing. He insisted we go in. I'm very protective of my soul. our then15 year old son, thought the two of us should look into it. Jim walked to the beach. Being a protective skeptic I was very cautious what questions I asked. The healer, Tim, knew immediately that Chris had just had a bad problem with his lungs. . . we'd gone out after had a major asthma attack. He spoke of all kinds of things, none of which were new or surprising to either of us. Then he asked if I knew of healing with hands. I said yes, we'd been to Edgar Cayce's Institute in Va. Beach ten years ago and they'd cured Chris's almost closed throat in a few minutes. But I was careful who we used. He said if we were okay with it, he'd heal Chris. We were comfortable with it. He sat beside with his hands opened out on either side of him sitting up. His hands were about 2-3 inches out from Chris. He kept " pulling' things away and gently brushing them off. He stopped at his lower back. He said he was just injured here. He was. The night before his nephew jumped on his back and hurt him, resulting in the asthma attack the next day. He had me convinced. When we walked out, stopped. He said, " Mom I can take a deep breath for the first time in years! " His breath was so shallow, I'd stand over him making sure he was alive. Amazing. Unfortunately Tim moved away and we're searching again. But it's out there : even for the doubting es.
