21DC and tricpes question

How's everyone doing with their 21DC? I'm not doing

too well. I have been having trouble holding my

stomach in on most moves where you are jumping. Also,

sometimes, I can't seem to tell if I am holding it or

not. The worst is that I have not been able to tae bo

every day. Anyone who has experience with unexplained

dizziness/unsteadiness (even after tests), please

e-mail me directly (kerriellen@...).

Also, I was doing BL3 last night, and a couple of

times mentioned holding your triceps tight. I

definitely need to work on my triceps. Unfortunately,

I have no clue how to hold them tight (like when doing

speedbag). Any suggestions?
