Dramamine is probably a baddie - any of the " amines " tend to be.

My Dad took something called Meclazine (or Metlazine ??) for

dizziness ... didn't harm - not sure it helped either.

Dargie,

I haven't seen anyone here mention effects from

Dramamine, but it is listed as a anticholinergic

drug, and that class is on the LBD caution list.

(Can cause mental confusion, possibly some

psychiatric symptoms, reduce the benefits

derived from Aricept, etc).

I don't recall any meds recommended for dizziness,

but would make sure the doctor has ruled out low

blood pressure, other medical conditions (UTI,etc)

or meds that could be causing or increasing the

dizziness.
